It’s our 11th year in 2013, and to celebrate we’re planning the most exciting and feature packed show yet!   Visit and get your season off to a flying start by participating in our seminars, workshops and activities. Interact with over 140 exhibitors displaying and retailing the latest swim, cycle and run kit.  

Advanced Ticket sales have now closed.  Please purchase a ticket on the door - £12 for adults, U16's go free.

Chrissie at Tri Show 2012 		Stars come out at the Triathlon Show!  
  • You can ask Chrissie Wellington your questions on Saturday and Sunday during the 220 Triathlon Live! Seminars. Get a signed copy of her autobiography from the Brooks stand, H6
  • Cycling legend, Chris Boardman will be at The Triathlon Show on Saturday afternoon appearing on the Bike Science stand and the 220 Triathlon Subs Lounge.
  • Meet Olympic Triathlete Helen Jenkins at the SiS stand, G38 on Saturday, 1-5pm
  • Olympic legend, Daley Thompson is attend The Triathlon Show on Saturday on the Human Race stand

Legendary tri coach Joe Beer will be holding two hour masterclass sessions in the Triathlon Show Theatre each afternoon.  Spaces are limited and cost £59 - book at the show.

The Powerbar 10K Run
 At 11:00am Sunday 3rd March. Features a two lap course in view of the historic Sandown Park Grandstand with a 5K option and a 2K family run.  Click here for more info

The 220 Triathlon Magazine Theatre will again feature a fantastic line up of experts and athletes presenting on a range of topics to help you get more out of triathlon.  Click here for Programme.
The CNP Indoor Time Trial
In association with Wattbike and www.les-stables.com, is your chance to compete over a virtual 5K course against your fellow visitors.  There'll be spot prizes as well as the opportunity to try the latest sports supplements from British Cycling and Sky Team sponsors CNP..
 Zoggs SwimZone
Top coaches and athletes will be providing demonstrations of swim technique and stroke efficiency.  Top swim coach Rick Kiddle will be running sessions each afternoon in the shows Endless Pool™.
The Running School Workshops
60 minute running technique coaching sessions;  involving theory and practical work. You can have the opportunity to work with the Running School founder Mike Antoniades on running technique and efficiency.  Click here for more info
